We all live in a time of great upheaval and change, whether it be in our climate or in our approach to economics and finance. There are now radical changes taking place in business relationships and in our workplace. Structures that have been in place up until now appear to be dissolving and they are all being challenged. Because of this restructuring many things are out of balance. And so in the film "The Blue Jewel" solutions are offered to help us find our way back into balance – a balance that is so important for us all to be able to live in peace – at peace within ourselves, within our partnerships, with our fellow men, and finally in balance with our earth – the earth on which we all live. The story of the documentary film The film follows the journey of the filmmaker, Oliver Hauck, as he sets out to answer these questions: "What would our world look like if each of us recognized that we and the earth are one; that mankind is made up of the same material as the earth, a volcano or a rain cloud; that the pulse of the earth is the same as the heartbeat of a person; and that we are human beings as well as spiritual, conscious beings with free will - who can now take responsibility both for our actions towards ourselves and the earth? When mankind recognizes this uniqueness within themselves and understands how important each single one of us is, how much more loving a world could we create together?"
